Making Bookings

If you compete an online booking form for our services, your response is stored securely on our Google Drive. The information you provide is used only for the purpose of providing you with the requested services. Booking form responses are retained only until services in the period covered by the booking form have been delivered and paid for.


If you complete and return our registration form, we collect data, including personal data, about you and others. We store this information securely and use it only for the purposes of providing you with services you request. The information is retained in accordance with our Data Retention Policy and recommendations from OFSTED, Oxfordshire County Council, and NSPCC.
